One of our staffers, Sakinah, recently road-tested our new Satin Lace Tape on her full lace wig. Here is what she had to say:
"I had a good experience with Satin Lace Tape. It’s thinner than the other standard tapes and doesn’t guarantee an extended hold, but I do believe layering it with another adhesive can bring about stronger results.
Since I’m allergic to most tapes, I took a chance and tried it out and had no breakouts. Without any other adhesives, I applied the tape around the perimeter. The front stayed well through the humidity of the weather, but I got lift in the back, which I know many have experienced with using only tape.
It’s been about 5 days since I’ve had the tape on (and I'm ready to reapply with new tape) and I've had no allergic reaction. I recommend clients who have sensitivity to most tapes to give Satin Lace Tape a try."
FYI, Satin Lace Tape is approved as an approved medical device by the FDA. Medical device is the broader term the FDA uses to classify medical grade adhesives. To order Satin Lace Tape, visit: http://www.forgirlslikeus.com/satin-lace-tape.html.
